EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY


Professional Event photography can be booked for a minimum of two hours, up to full-day and multi-day shoots. Each event is unique, so please get in touch for a personalised quote. Some events require more than one photographer or even a videographer. Big or small events, I personally attend your event and if need be, lead a team of photographers and videographers, based on your needs and requirements.

  • Private Events:
    Anniversaries, birthday parties, children's parties, fundraiser, reunion, engagement, baby showers, cultural, religious events.

  • Corporate Events:
    Annual balls, awards nights, brand activations, charity events, christmas parties, cocktail parties, meetings, conferences, fundraisers, gala dinners, graduation ceremonies, product launches, staff parties, trade-shows, exhibitions, breakfast and lunches, networking events, seminars, VIP events.

  • Festivals & Sporting:
    Community events, music festivals/concerts/intimate gigs, regional and city council festivals, sporting events, government events.

Upfront Pricing Guide:

$350 first hour and $250 per hour after - minimum 2 hours.

For events within Melbourne CBD please allow for an additional $60 for parking.

Public Liability Insurance to the sum of $20,000,000 for piece of mind when contracting Ben to photograph your event.
